The Wall of Mexico Movie Review

This clever movie (written but co-directed by Zachary Cotler) may not be your regular movie and it may be considered an arthouse business. As a compelling new expression of what "right" means.

The film focuses on the powerful performance of Jackson Rathbone, who plays a mechanic named "Don". Another film deals with the mystery of the head of the family (a short play by veteran actor Esai Morales) (which includes drug paraphernalia parties).

Another factor is local villagers who need a "water source" in the family area. What exactly is it? Is it "holy", "poisonous" or "illegal"? Their stories and indications of local contact with people nearby are ignored as "Don" recommends the brothers' drug habits and cold behavior.

In the middle of the movie, a mental confrontation between the rich brothers mimics the female characters from the movie "Thoroughbreds" (2017). One can get lost in their rhetoric and that is why some updates are low. Another feature is that the wealthy here are not white but Latinos, spreading random ideas about "Post Humanism", classification and anthropogenic studies.

The character of "Don" (Rathbone), representing the working class, is actually probably not as sensible, "Caliban" as Shakespeare. These are some of the weak points in the storytelling, but the cast of actors (Jackson Rathbone, Esai Morales, Marisol Sacramento, etc.) has retained some of the weakness of the story.

The photos show the green, rugged outline of the US / Mexico border. This movie is certainly not for the average viewer, but it is the basic definition of borderline themes the title of the film we want: immigration but plays the social and political theme of "us with them" which continues as a concept.
