I also greet in the dark. Any children who have watched Dreamworks' original SPIRIT: STALLION OF THE CIMARRON (2002) are now in their early 20's and probably have their own children. That original film featured an old school cartoon, and it provides an excellent overview of the "computer" of today's computer. However, from the point of view of the story and the character this does not follow a bit in that film, and it also appears in the first Netflix series, which had more than 50 episodes of it.
Lucky Prescott (portrayed by Isabela Merced, Dora in DORA AND THE LOST CITY OF GOLD, 2019) is a cunning teenager in the care of her Aunt Cora (Oscar winner Julianne Moore) at Lucky's richest home and now elected to be Ruler. grandfather. With no time for his shenanigans, Grandpa sailed Lucky and Cora to be reunited with Lucky's father, Jim Prescott (Jake Gyllenhaal). The two have not seen each other since Lucky's mother died ten years ago. As you board the train to Miradero, Lucky is connected to a beautiful pig horse that he named Spirit. Lucky and his father have an awkward reunion as he tries to keep her safe, unwilling to accept the relaxed environment he shared with his mother, who once rode Los Caballeros, a local team that rode tricks. Her mother's clothes, boots, and posters opened Lucky's eyes to see a world that felt like home. Not only does he get acquainted with the Spirit, but also a few local girls, Pru (Marsai Martin) and Abigail (Mckenna Grace), who are attracted to Lucky's power, but also realize the danger he is facing against the evil wrangler (Walton Goggins).
Next up is a trip with great pictures and enough action to keep the three- and five-year-olds watching the film and attaching it to the screen. Heck Mountain and the Ridge of Regret seem to be very interesting to them, and I personally got a kick out of the mathematical significance (word problem) finally Lucky was on his way. The film lasts less than 90 minutes, which is ideal for most children. The songs (Taylor Swift singing the trailer song) didn’t seem very impressive, but the children’s characters did. From an adult's point of view, it is hard to miss the fact that older men are not good role models, and even Abigail's younger brother Snips (Lucian Perez) spends most of his time creating problems. However, the lack of other political messages was a relief, and the upliftment of women in youth remains an acceptable issue.

The All-star Voice Cast goes well with images (especially mountains and clouds), as well as a message about independence and finding a personal path in life.
