LeBron James has worked hard to be the greatest and is unwilling to let his son Dom be lazy. Instead of basketball, Dom only wants to be a video game designer. WB's new computer algorithm Al G. Rhythm (Don Cheadle) seeks to use LeBron's thunderbolt to control the social network. After LeBron refused the offer, Al G. Rhythm kidnapped LeBron and Dom from the computer world. LeBron has to play basketball to earn a living for himself and his son. LeBron is sent to Tune World where he finds a lonely Bugs Bunny.
LeBron is an active actor and I love the world of old Looney Tunes cartoon style. I love the Michael B. Jordan bit. I like certain pieces in this movie but it is very long and a lot of this is below average. The best part of this movie is Bugs Bunny in his Looney Tunes world and they go to various franchises to find some of his friends. I like all that. I like the style of animation. In fact, LeBron James cartoon allows him to no longer participate in his role play. His voice is unique and works well for cartoons. Turning him into a cartoon is a good thing. He must not do it. He has to stay in the cartoon until he wins the game.
His son Dom is a big problem. You are a brake. The excuse that you get seduced by Al G. Rhythm but it is a sad excuse. She is not at all worried about being a computer model or her father. The solution lies in Al's turning Dom into a beast. When LeBron has his big heart-wrenching speech, Dom can slowly turn into a boy who wants to kiss his dad. That is the best character and the progression in the arc of his story.
Finally, this movie is busy and very long. About two hours long. The game is about an hour long. They need to cut for at least fifteen minutes otherwise. There is so much chaos that the long stage of the game is exhausting. People excuse this for being a children's film. Some of these references go over the heads of those children. They will not find A Clockwork Orange. For people who get all the clues, this is bad for them. For children who do not get clues, there is no point in it. This movie has some fun bits. I love the Looney Tunes animation category. I don't like them being digitally made into computer animations. Structure is not a simple text. Dad's son's argument could not have been better. This is too far and that pushed me to the edge.
