This is a film that should be better than it really is. The characters are alive, the storytelling and editing are suspected. And another conversation is very difficult to understand, it requires that the footnotes be opened sometimes we wanted to be sure of what was discussed. It happens in the fictional city of New Mexico Wander where everyone knows everyone and strangers in the city are stopped and warned. A paranoid investigator, deep into the conspiracy theory, was hired to investigate the real cause of death, a woman found in the middle of the street with a deep chest wound near her heart. Editing is jumping and fluctuating in some way, you are often not sure what you are seeing and whether it is a flashback, or thought of by a paranoid investigator. I enjoyed watching it to some degree but I do not consider it a very good film. The writer and director, a team of some sort, have limited experience with movies and shows. My wife and I watched it at home on DVD in our public library.
