I watched this movie all of a sudden and it was really fun. It is not the biggest movie ever but it is certainly one of the best low-budget films I've ever seen in a long time.
The story is very simple but that is also what makes it fun as it chooses a style that is more than a heavy concept. There is a bit of moral mythology and a roller coaster ride, which drives you from one place to another at neck speed. Its characters are high quality and interesting.
Speaking of characters the characters do an excellent job of healing them. While some tasks are more powerful than others, they are very effective. What really stood out to me was the Auggie, played by Jack Griffo. His ingenuity and sense of humor stole all the scenes he was in. All the actors were able to draw me and make me care about this in the high world created by filmmakers.
The battles and the effects are well done, especially the film of this level. There were places where you could say they were pushing the limit of their budget but nothing took me out of the experience.
All in all it was a fun watch that kept me happy as long as you were right with the kind of film "style over things". If you are a person who loves action and zany characters this gives this a picture.
