So apparently many DC fans hate this movie because it is not like comedy and it is not like games. I’ve never read jokes or played games, so I enjoyed the film for what it was, but I understand why people who play these games might get angry. My biggest problem with this movie though, is the conclusion, and as this is a non-disruptive review I will not go into it, but it was quick and even absurd, and some of the characters died easily, especially one in the beginning. . But that goes along with the lesson about these DC animated films.
As many have said before, this story should have been told at least in a small series, and WB has HBO Max, why not do that? Why not donate a portion of your multi-million dollar film budget so that we can have a good story that is properly told? The story is so confusing that it can be crowded into a movie of 1:18 hours. I just don’t understand the point of making the Injustice movie I now realize that it has a lot of moving parts and clauses in its story, and I only do it for an hour and 18 minutes, as does that make sense to the writers and director?
My biggest problem with DC cartoons over the years is that they all look and feel the same way. They are all 1 hour or less, they all have no good imitation and character development, and for a short time, they cannot share the good news.
How was it, for more than a decade WB made these animated films? When is the time to change this tired formula at the end? How many more of these quick animations will you clean up for us? It just seems like they are making a cartoon movie every year so they don't lose their rights and put a little effort into it.
Why not give better budgets and make movies longer and update your animated movies a bit? This movie was supposed to be at least 2 hours long or would you have made it into two parts as you did with Batman Halloween, with a sad and uninteresting story?
My question is, how long will you continue to do this? I no longer look forward to any DC animation films and I will not watch new ones, because I already know that they will be 1:20 and be the same as they did ten years ago, I am tired of it even though I have never seen DC animation.
Someone really needs to get DC out of the hands of WB, because for years he has been starring these characters and giving us middle and bad movies, and DC fans deserve better than this. Their films are either hit or skipped and are too small, failing miserably every time they try to make the whole movie the same, and their animated films are like this: very short, complex, fast, and incomplete.
I hope at least our grandchildren can see the day when DC is in the hands of a caring and capable company.
