Copshop Review
Current release from Joe Carnahan (The Gray / The A Team). When a swindler / racketeer fled (after fleeing a disastrous profit) to escape being beaten (it was sent to the Feds but then some fake cops wanted to remove him causing bloodshed), the only option he had was to catch himself in the safest place he could go. at the police station, played by newcomer Alexis Louder (while breaking up an argument outside the hotel), he slapped him in the face, found him and arrested him. Imprisoned in a regional prison, Mark, a gang played by Frank Grillo, found himself in custody by a fake drunkard, played by Gerard Butler, a batterer who had been ordered to remove Grillo. Louder knows he has a lot to deal with as things go awry which just happens to be one of his corrupt colleagues who has been tipped off to bring another angry artist, played by Toby Huss (who stole almost every episode in it), and violence. kills most of the other deputies and intends to break into the cells (Louder locked himself in them) to complete his mission. The following is the difference from John Carpenter's Assault on Precinct 13 sorted out in the mind of Elmore Leonard w / the main characters in a broken state especially Louder who is a quiet font fiction and direct action that commands us to pay constant attention. Carnahan had tried this award before in her release of Smoking Aces since 2007 but I felt like she had an unequal mix of drama and humor (drama raised humor in my opine) but here's a good stew (when I saw the trailer for this. The film I panicked. ..thank God I was wrong!) which finds a good balance of laughter and winning. He also plays Chad L. Coleman (Tyrese from the Walking Dead) as Louder's lead character.
