Guns of Banaras Summary
Banaras Guns An action drama set in the city of Banaras. A re-enactment of the Tamil movie Polladhavan, the film focuses on the life of Guddu (Karan Nath). He lives with his parents (Vinod Khanna and Zarina Wahab) and his younger sister (Tanvi Rao). He works in a bank and is in love with Hema (Nathalia), who lives nearby.
One day Guddu's motorcycle was stolen while Guddu was complaining at the police station. This does not fit well with Vikram Singh (Ganesh Venkatram), Banaras' underworld don. According to him, the bike was stolen. Vikram's older brother Brijesh Singh, on the other hand, is opposed to Guddu fighting. However, Vikam beats Guddu's father in retaliation. Guddu takes turns beating Vikram.
The film then follows the story of Guddu's involvement in the criminal world.
