Fast & Furious 9 Movie Review

I'm 50/50 when it comes to the Fast & Furious franchise, it's too much, and I can't keep up with which one (except for the Furious 7 who died tragically Paul. Walker). Trees, on the other hand, are fun because they are funny, and the cars that look fast and cool are chasing and crashing well. This ninth installment was the first film in the franchise I could see in a movie, directed by Justin Lin (Fast & Furious 5, Star Trek Beyond). Basically, it opened in 1989, when Jack Toretto (J. D. Pardo) took part in the race, with his sons Dominic (Vinnie Bennett) and Jakob (Finn Cole) in his pit team. After the pit stop, with Dom arguing with rival runner Kenny Linder (Jim Parrack), Jack returns to the race and is cut off by Linder's car. This caused his car to crash into a wall, explode and explode, killing him. After the accident, Dom fights Linder and nearly beats him to death, is arrested and spends time in prison. Meanwhile, after two years of dealing with cyberterrorist Cipher (Charlize Theron), Dom (Vin Diesel) has retired, raising his son Brian (Isaac Holtane) and his wife, Letty Ortiz (Michelle Rodriguez) on the farm. Members of the former Dom team Roman Pearce (Tyrese Gibson), Tej Parker (Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges), and Ramsey (Nathalie Emmanuel) came to tell him that Cipher was being airlifted to Mr Nobody (Kurt Russell). But the plane was attacked by rogue agents, crashed in Montecito, Central America, and the team needed Dom's help in locating Mr. Nobody. The team tracks the location of the flight from the stress signal. They also discovered a component called Ares, which could fit into any computer-controlled weapon system. They were then attacked by an independent army led by Dom's brother, Jakob (John Cena), who saw that Dom was affected. There is an accident in the desert and on the edge of a high cliff, Jakob managed to steal the machine, and was taken from his car by a large magnet on a helicopter. The team meets Michael Stasiak (Shea Whigham) on the way to their safe house. Dom's sister Mia (Jordana Brewster) wishes to help, and Dom reluctantly agrees to join her. Letty and Mia are investigating when the group is told that Han Lue (Sung Kang), who is thought to be dead, has something to do with Ares. Meanwhile, Jakob meets his colleague Otto (Thue Ersted Rasmussen). Cipher is still in custody, confined to a glass warehouse; he failed to move Jakob and tells Otto that another part of the Ares is in Edinburgh. Dom meets Buddy (Michael Rooker), his father's mechanic, who introduced Jacob after his exile, and discovers that Jakob is in London. Letty and Mia found Han, still alive, in Tokyo, with her ward Elle (Anna Sawai). Roman and Tej hired Sean Boswell (Lucas Black), Twinkie (Shad Moss, better known as 'Bow Wow'), and Earl Hu (Jason Tobin), who worked in the "rocket car". In London, Dom meets Queenie Shaw (Dame Helen Mirren), who gives him Jacob's place. Dom confronts Otto and Jakob, who tells Dom to leave. Otto was captured by Dom by Interpol agents, but was rescued by his old friend Leysa (Cardi B) and his militia. Tej, Roman, and Ramsey join Dom in Edinburgh, where Jakob uses a very powerful electric weapon to build a field to steal a second Ares device. Tej and Roman found a truck with an electric magnet on it. They fought Otto's men, while Ramsey led the truck to chase Otto. Dom chases after Jakob and they both fight across the city. Before Otto takes Jakob, Ramsey runs his car off the road, and uses an electric magnet to catch Jakob. Cipher hired Otto to help him find Jakob. In a safe house, Han reveals that he has been assigned to protect Elle and Ares, as Elle's DNA is the key to launching weapons. When one of the agents of Mr. Nobody did badly, Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) helped make the fake Han dead, in order to protect Elle. Otto raises a safe house and frees Jakob, a former corrupt agent. Dom has always believed it was Jakob who caused his father's car to crash, after crashing it. Jakob discloses that his father is in debt, ordering Jakob to crash his car so he could deliberately throw the race, but this was ruined by Linder's interference. Jakob and Otto kidnap Elle and take the second Ares device. Otto then opens the satellite into orbit, while Jakob and Elle unlock the Ares. They started loading Ares on the satellite, traveling in an armed truck all over Tbilisi. Despite its previous failed tests and some problems, the rocket car looks ready to be launched, and Tej and Roman go into orbit. Dom, Letty, Mia, Ramsey, and Han chased after the truck to stop loading. While Mia and Han try to break into the truck, Otto reveals that he no longer uses Jakob, and throws him into the truck. Dom and Mia save her, and Jakob decides to help. In a rocket car, Tej and Roman boarded a satellite, stopped loading. Attack plane, piloted by Cipher. Arriving and blasting trucks, Otto is killed while a plane tries to kill Dom. It turned out that Cipher was flying away from the jet when it was destroyed by the Dom using a collision truck. Dom and Mia reconcile with Jakob and let him escape in Dom's car. The spacecraft returns Tej and Roman to Earth. The team celebrates its success with a bang, and is surprised when Brian O'Conner (invisible) arrives in his car. During the credit, it is revealed that Deckard is alive, and Han arrives at his door. He also plays Don Omar as Rico Santos, Siena Agudong as Young Mia, Azia Dinea Hale as Young Letty, Juju Zhang as Young Elle. Diesel is still loyal as a gang leader, Cena is a good new player, Theron is happy to be back as a villain, and the other characters are doing well. Undoubtedly this is the most superficial and ridiculous sequel (car to space !?), but with cool cars, high-speed chases full of crashes and explosions, and a good number of stunts, at least boring, a fun and cool thing. Worth to watch!
