Quarantine Girl Movie Review
Well, this movie was another good thing. And yes, I'm sure there is an audience there; perhaps a psychiatric audience like in a movie.
However, for a viewer like me, who sits down to watch a movie for fun, then the 2020 film "Quarantine Girl" from author Nicole D'Angelo was a kind of swing and miss.
Sure, I find that the story told in the film is very important in view of the current state of the global epidemic, but at the same time it sounds like a film that has no purpose and is disgusting. Well, that depends on the angle at which you are approaching the movie, I think. Some people may be related to the film, given the isolation problems and psychological problems Ruby (played by Nicole D'Angelo) had in the movie. While some viewers like me, consider the movie to be what it is, a movie intended for entertainment.
For me, the movie just failed to be the right movie with the right amount of entertainment. And it was normal and slow to give me a lot of anything really. This does not mean that the story leaves you with many unanswered questions. Sure, I can talk and empathize with those who are struggling financially, mentally and otherwise during these trying times, but the film that wears off this hardship sounds solid.
The acting of the film was actually good enough, considering the lack of a script that is fairly entertaining. But it was too little to do anything to keep the film from sinking too quickly.
My rating of "Quarantine Girl" reaches three out of ten stars. This is not a movie I would recommend that you spend your time, money or effort on.
