Great White Movie Review

Finally a shark movie to get into, if you don't mind swimming with the big white sharks.

I sat down and watched the 2021 film “Great White” from author Michael Boughen and director Martin Wilson. I was afraid it was going to be just another shark film coming out of the machine, you know, those that came in a dozen. But still, I have been enjoying shark movies, since watching "Jaws" as a child. I actually sat down and watched "Great White".

I have to say that the cover / film poster helped win me over and made me want to watch a movie.

All right, go ahead and do it. The movie "Great White" is a movie you should watch, especially if you like shark movies. Because this 2021 movie is a film driven by a good story, perfect characters, joy and a feeling of despair from frustrated people. So that was a great success on behalf of director Martin Wilson.

The story is interesting as exciting. Indeed, it is a normal story line if you look at it from the right perspective. I mean, you have a shark that accidentally causes five people to be trapped in the sea, hundreds of miles to the beach, as it causes their plane to sink - gee, now where have we seen that before? Duh dum, duh dum, dum, dum, dum, dum, dum .... do you get it? But at the same time, it is also a well-documented story as he was able to snatch it and move it right there on the island next to the five prisoners. So author Michael Boughen made things work.

There is a lot of excitement and excitement in the movie, as it should in any good shark film. And it worked very well in this film, especially because there was a good balance between the despair of being chased so far away from the sea and the feeling of being beaten so white, you know you are in the water but you rarely see it. came up. I really enjoyed that "Great White" feature.

One of the things that made the film so effective was its impressive castle gallery. Sure, the movie has only five people in it, actually, but these characters are well integrated and have good bodies, given personality, negative things, characters, etc. What a wonderful movie you have made for yourself, and you have been sucked in right away. , taking instant liking of one character and disliking another. That was a really good job from author Michael Boughen. And big thumbs up for the film’s cast. They starred in actors and actresses in the movie, such as Katrina Bowden (who plays Kaz), Aaron Jakubenko (who plays Charlie), Te Kohe Tuhaka (who plays Benny), Tim Kano (who plays Joji) and Kimie Tsukakoshi (who plays Michelle). . Good selection of characters and good personal play of the characters in this movie. And it should be noted that the actors certainly made this movie more than just a spectacle.

The sharks of the film were really beautiful and felt real, especially as it was a combination of realistic images and prop. And the prop looked really real, adding a lot to the movie. The only bad thing here, was the noise they added to the sharks, like the roar that was going on. That was just silly. Of course, I get it in terms of the fun and entertainment of the movie. But no, it just keeps quiet. Sharks are quiet predators, keep them real and keep quiet. But it was a little annoying in the movie, which did not contribute to the full enjoyment of the movie. It was a little stupid thing that always remained a thorn in my side.

If you are going to watch one shark movie this year, do it "Great White", because this movie is well worth the time and effort to sit back and watch it. I really enjoy what this movie has to offer, and it is one that I can warmly recommend.

My rating of "Great White" stays seven out of ten stars. This is one of those situations where it is a well-made shark film.
