Dune Drifter Movie Review
First of all, I have to admit that I am not really a big fan of the sci-fi genre, unless it turns out to be "Star Wars". But still, I was given the opportunity to sit down and watch the 2020 film “Dune Drifter”, and as I had never seen it, I found time to sit down and do so.
Although "Dune Drifter" looked a bit off-putting, author and director Marc Price didn't really bring the classic sci-fi style with this particular movie. The building was then very common and unpredictable.
Special effects were enough for a movie, considering a low budget movie. And I would say the props were definitely good. However, in addition to the suit the 'enemy' was wearing, which was a gasball-hard hardball protective armor. Seriously? That was funny and painful to watch, and it was very difficult to take it seriously.
"Dune Drifter" is a type of movie that you will watch once, and never think about again, because the content of the story and the script were so vague and unusual that there is no intention of watching it a second time. Also, the movie cannot support more than one view.
At first I thought "Dune Drifter" might be a joke from Asylum about the upcoming film "Dune". Fortunately it was not. But let’s be honest, “Dune Drifter” was by no means the most memorable film no matter what.
