The Reckoning Movie Review

I had no idea why I was sitting there to watch, as I got a chance to watch the 2020 film “The Reckoning”. But the film cover was a bit of an attraction, and since I had never seen a movie, I was able to find time to do so.

However, "Reckoning" had the potential to be something different and exciting, yet surprisingly the authors Neil Marshall, Charlotte Kirk and Edward Evers-Swindell were able to produce only a lukewarm text that provided little historically that included the audience. . Sure, "Reckoning" is a must-have, but the movie is a dream come true.

The "The Reckoning" series had a lot to offer, however the writers completely failed to take the easily accessible material and let director Neil Marshall bring something really important to the screen. The result is a blatant film about allegations of witchcraft and the disease established in 1665.

Apparently, then "Reckoning" was not lacking in anything. There were many sets, scenes, props and costumes, which really helped to create the world founded in 1665. But the lack of a compelling and compelling story simply made it all seem trivial.

The characters in the film had a lot of potential to be nurtured and raised into full-fledged characters with a lot of traits in them, but again, the writers were not bringing where it was important. And this has caused many characters to appear on the screen as bullet points and one-sided characters.

Now, it has to be said that acting in a film was very good, especially considering the difficult restrictions imposed on actors and actors due to a lack of proper writing and having part-time actors to work with. It should be noted that Charlotte Kirk (starring Grace Haverstock), Sean Pertwee (starring John Moorcroft) and Steven Waddington (starring Squire Pendleton) play very well, which is just a disgrace made inside the middle film.

While I was able to finish every movie, this movie was not the most entertaining, nor was it the movie I would recommend that you rush to get a copy of it - because it wasn't so good. My movie rating sits in the middle and speaks for five out of ten stars.
