Tom (Anson Boon) is a teenager who has grown up to be a failure. Her single mother (Charlie Murphy) moves to her Irish grandmother when she passes by. Ward (Michael McElhatton) is a single-parent neighbor with an outgoing daughter Holly (Emma Mackey). Holly does not like her father. Tom finds (an early conspirator) a newborn skeleton killed in a nearby lake. It is not very difficult to find out where this is going.
Tom's silent character was deliberately made but far from entertaining. This is another film with me-and-me title.
