Batman The Long Halloween Part 2 Review

Shadows, noir, style, and vintage beauty, not to mention the inspiring elements of comic book, are packed in Parts 1 and 2 of "Batman: The Long Halloween".

Both Sections remained true, to a lesser extent, in the first comic book (singular) after the same name. Dividing that glorious jewel into the comic Batman into two parts of animated movies was a wise decision to get used to. James Loeb (author), and Tim Sale (pencil, inker, colorist), were the first comedian to write.

Tim Sheridan's "Long Halloween" screen on Amazon Prime may inspire a proud smile on Sale and Loeb's face. Several notable interviews were carefully designed - instead, they were chosen to adapt.

In a few points, the cartoon styles used in Amazon Prime's "Batman: The Long Halloween" revived the art in "Batman: The Animated Series" (1992-1995). All in all, the animation was aces, with very little license. It’s like watching a comic book itself live and move on screen. The color palette was incredibly clear - it reminded me of the 2009 animated series "Archer", for some reason.

The musical awards were cinematic, and so are the dynamics. It was not missed. Each effect and tune were used where necessary. Michael Gatt did well with what he expected. He also brought peace to a positive outcome.

Chris Palmer in the director's chair was the best thing that could happen to this particular Batman IP.

I was supporting Jensen Ackles who played as Batman's voice. I didn't know there was anyone who could surpass Kevin Conroy's translation, by the way - this man's Batman is in a different class. But Ackles really put out almost all fan fire as soon as Part 1 of "Long Halloween" was released and the world heard Batman's new cartoon character.

Troy Baker took over from Mark Hamill's Joker. He did a good job so far, although Hamill is also in his team and I refuse to compare the two. Baker did an amazing job performing the 'Clown Prince of Crime' in both episodes of "Batman: The Long Halloween". The animated parts of the characters were so much fun to watch.

Josh Duhamel as Gotham DA Harvey Dent (i.e., Two Faces) was special. Also Naya Rivera (rested peacefully) Selina Kyle (i.e., Catwoman), Billy Burke Commissioner Gordon, John DiMaggio's Madhatter, Julie Nathanson's Gilda Dent, and Laila Berzins' Sofia Falcone.

I was thrilled to hear that Robin Atkin Downes expressed both Thomas Wayne and Scarecrow - a dynamic vocal talent. The same can be said of David Dastmalchian who borrowed his voice from both Calendar Man and Penguin, and Amy Landecker who voiced both Carla Vitti and Barbara Gordon. Also, Titus Welliver starring Carmine Falcone and Luigi Maroni, and Fred Tatasciore starring Vincent Falcone and Solomon Grundy.

Alastair Duncan's Alfred Pennyworth was very good. In the end, Katee Sackhoff's Poison Ivy was a great hit.

"Batman: The Long Halloween" Part 1 and "Batman: The Long Halloween" Part 2 both cover an important story in Batman's life / career - before he really commits himself to a bull and goes on to earn the title "The Greatest Detective in the World" '. There have been a few memorable moments not only with Bat and cat but with 'gallery of rogues'. Speaking of which, the baddies come together and combine the energy they feel running, but I feel that that was keeping the viewers focused on the main program.

It was great to see the creators of a two-part film of cartoons, groups, and developers doing something that not only matched the obvious novel but was able to impress, fascinate, misdirect, and entertain in the best ways of Batman-y's 'detective'. it is possible. It keeps you guessing, and eventually you will see that the real perpetrator - the killer known only as 'Holiday' - has never thought of who he is.

There are no screenshots I have used that offer a real killer. I deliberately avoided even mentioning it in this review, though I was very tempted to do so. I believe this is the one mystery you will need to see both parts of "Long Halloween" to find out. I got a little bit of real Holiday experience sometime near the end of Part 1, and I got the same confirmation during the conclusion of Part 2.

Let me just say, the tracks were cleverly hidden. The two great ‘gifts’ were actually obvious. However, I am sure that almost all viewers (who have not yet read comics) will be misled if they try to explain who the 'Holiday Killer' is before the actual revelation. Also, do not forget to hold the credit card at the end of the tail section of Part 2 - rather it 'shines'.

Parts 1 and 2 of "Batman: The Long Halloween" are perfectly worth a look. Cartoon-movie groups did the segments with great justice. Both IPs can go without seeing Batman fans, of which I am one of a few million. They were sturdy, sturdy, durable and beautiful.
