Vlakplaas was founded in 1979, by the late South African Police Service Commander Dirk Coetzee. Coetzee led a South African apartheid government team that killed 15 members; a group of evil scumbag, elite assassins. They were violent white boys and arrogant criminals, committing the most heinous acts ever committed by any other Death Squad; including Argentina (most countries have).
The fairy tale in the film is about looking at the buried bodies, but it protects the viewer from any horrible images that took place during the disgusting apartheid era.
