Seamus escapes the Zombies when he finds an underground shelter. There are already two people there, Konrad and Mila. Seamus is very grateful for the shelter but soon begins to wonder if he can trust everything Konrad says to him.
Many will think of 10 Cloverfield Lane (2016) when they watched the film but it made me think a lot about "The World, the Flesh and the Devil" (1959), "The Quiet Earth" (1985) and "Z for Zachariah". "(2015). All films have two men and one woman at the end of the world.
As with all good zombie films we learn that humans are real monsters. Zombies only show us what lies below.
What impresses me most about this film is the film. This is a low budget film but it looks like a million dollars. The lighting is amazing and the frame design is great!
These characters do a great job, especially considering they are playing in English which is not their native language.
If you want action then this may not be yours but if you like claustrophobic mediation about the nature of evil this may be your cup of tea.
