The Seventh Day Movie Review

Good Morrow.

However, another takes on exorcism - an unlimited source of cheap horror movies. How often do we need to see a child tied to a bed talking "in the voice of a demon?" How often do we need to see a skeptical priest? Or dark-eyed eyes?

Guy Pearce is a priest with a dirty mouth - tired of the whole world where he sees it. Confused, careless - but very good at finding evil and taking out evil and so on.

You have been given a new partner to discover and fight evil. New Fish recently graduated from Exorcism Academy, where he did well in all his exams and received his diploma. Think of the police as friends ... a depressed veterinarian and an inexperienced rookie. The problem is that the young man is wet te. He speaks slowly, has no power, does not know what evil is and does not engage in any of the main characters.

No real effort is made to explain anything; Our worst fight goes to a homeless camp - why? Because Guy says so ... if you think "dang, that just happens." You would not be alone. There they met a young lady wandering around and found a homeless man, whom they had addressed. The boy instructs a young boy to pray to a confused and angry homeless man ... a young man, remembering a PowerPoint prayer class hated by demons, begins to say a prayer ... and suddenly a soup kitchen appears. Awesome! He is a demon and the next he knows ... the tent is blowing.

It was a fun stadium ... it was ridiculous, but still.

Actions 2 and 3 tell of a child who killed his family. Ironically, a rookie has the ability to see past - or time travel - or to talk to ghosts. Who knows. His skill has never been mentioned before. I'm fine with suspicion ... but I have my limits.

My point of rest: Sometimes a rookie calls a high priest to tell him he has serious doubts about being an exorcist. The pastor on the other side of the phone says a scary mumbo jumbo like "soon, you'll understand, soon it will be heard," and laughs at the bad way you do and hangs up the phone.

So, the rookie miraculously connects you and we all come to a funny twist that makes no sense at all.

Despite the holes in the building, this was close to the view. To me, the rookie's performance was unforgivable. He has to be a hero who saves the day. It would have been better if he had gradually incorporated the tracks that led to the twist ... but instead we get this milquetoast mop.

I can't recommend this.

Happiness.
