Peter Rabbit 2 Movie Review
The first film, based on Beatrix Potter's famous books and characters, was a sensational film, and it was a box office success, hence the sequel, from returning director Will Gluck (Easy A, Beneficial Friends, Annie). Basically, Thomas McGregor (Domhnall Gleeson) and his love interest Bea (Rose Byrne) are married, there are friends and family, people and animals. After the honeymoon, Thomas helps Bea with her children's books based on Peter Rabbit (James Corden) and his friends. Peter himself is disappointed that the news portrays him as a violent man. Bea was thrilled to receive a letter from a publisher who wanted to distribute her books. Thomas and Bea took Peter, Benjamin (Colin Moody), Flopsy (Margot Robbie), Mopsy (Elizabeth Debicki), and Cottontail (Aimee Horne) to meet the publisher, Nigel Basil-Jones (David Oyelowo). Basil-Jones has plans to completely change Peter's character, making him a "bad seed", including a film advertising board that could make him a criminal. Annoyed by this, Peter flees to the city. There he meets an old rabbit named Barnabas (Lennie James), who sees Peter as the son of his old friend. Two rabbits are caught by fishermen and taken to the pound. Bea begins to sign the rights to her books to Nigel, but it becomes clear that Nigel can turn simple ideas into something to sell to a modern audience. Peter and Barnabas were bought as little girls. Barnabas is able to free himself and Peter with the help of his staff: mouse Samuel Whiskers (Rupert Degas), crawling cat Tom Kitten (Damon Herriman), and his sister Mittens (Hayley Atwell). They all ran away from the food that was left in the fridge. Thomas and Bea then find Peter and bring him home while Barnabas returns to his hiding place. The next day, Peter takes Benjamin and his sister to join him in meeting Barnabas' team. Barnabas recognizes Peter's sisters and explains his extensive plan. He and his team want to plunder the dried fruit at the farmers' market. Meanwhile, Thomas and Bea meet Nigel again, and Thomas begins to see that Nigel's views are totally unfounded. Peter also gathers friends of rabbit animals, Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle (singer Sia), Jeremy Fisher (Domhnall Gleeson), Pigling Bland (Ewen Leslie), Felix D'eer (Christian Gazal), and Tommy Brock to assist in their sentencing. . After finding dried fruit in their escape truck, all the animals are kidnapped by the pound people. Peter is disturbed when Barnabas shows that he has been taking advantage of him and his companions to store up dried fruit. He looked at Peter in the city after reading the book, he did not know Peter's father. Everyone blames Peter for their situation, and he feels very bad. Peter asks Thomas to help him get his friends back. They went to Bea during a meeting with Nigel and others at the publishing house. Bea recognizes Nigel's intentions and pulls out his stories from his company. Peter, Thomas, and Bea engage in a variety of activities to help their friends, including a high-speed boat chasing and skimming the sky with a parachute in a moving car. Peter and the other rabbits then returned to Barnabas' hiding place where they turned the tables and tied Barnabas and his staff to the towers so that they could be pulled over by a nearby truck, owned by the Gloucester Tailor. They were all captured by the people of the animal kingdom. The rabbits then return all the dried fruit to their owners before returning home with Thomas and Bea. Peter decides that he will be more than willing to listen to those who love him. Other role models for Rose Byrne as Jemima Puddle-Duck, Domhnall Gleeson as Mr. Jeremy Fisher, Sam Neill as Tommy Brock, and Tim Minchin as Busker K. Bushy, Esq. Corden is right when he is a little annoying (funny) as the long-haired hero, Byrne and Gleeson are just as good as human friends, Oyelowo is annoying, and the supporting actors of the voice as well as well-known supporting actors are sensible. As the first film is a style over something, one or two jokes made me cringe, and the special effects are not something you can complain about, but a plot to steal, chase and more. a joke, the only stupid family adventure that is part of the cartoon. All right!
