Buckskin Review

Yes, I was invited to watch the 2021 film "Buckskin" from the movie cover / poster, as it was really interesting. And it seemed like this could be west in a very different way from the genre.

So I sat down to watch the film, even though I had never heard of it before and sat down to watch it.

Well, author and director Brett Bentman has definitely brought a strange West here with the film "Buckskin". The only shame is that it was not a change in the Western version that was better. No, while "Buckskin" differs from the archetypical plan that you see being followed by many Western movies, it does mean that it was not a heartfelt movie.

The story told here was unusual and did not really contain enough content to support the feature-length film. Sure, there were aspects of the story line that were interesting enough, but they just slipped between all the minority and slow motion of the whole film.

I have to admit that I was expecting more action, gun fighting and the usual stuff you see in Western movies. But no, that was not what writer and director Brett Bentman thought about "Buckskin". Instead we find a tracker track in these forests that are obviously forbidden we are looking for specific people. Yes, and that was the heart of the matter. It was incredibly boring and slow to look at one character in the bright jungle with no sense of horror or horror in it.

Now, I don’t know the main character Tom Zembrod (who plays Wesley Porter), but he actually did a good job with his play, despite having nothing to work with about a fun or interesting script.

I was hoping that "Buckskin" would be a different Western film, which it was, but not in a good way, sadly.

Although I was able to sit through all of these tests, and yes "Buckskin" was tough, so I can't say I was very happy or really enjoyed the movie.

If you like a good Western movie, don't waste your time, money or effort on the 2021 film "Buckskin" from author and director Brett Bentman.

My rating of "Buckskin" is based on three out of ten stars.
